Shipping
Where: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States & Canada.
Method: UPS delivers all packages, so we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Cancellation: We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are sent to the packing house for fulfillment. So please ensure all order and address details are correct.
Timing: After we receive an order, we begin coordinating its fulfillment. It usually takes about 2-3 days to fulfill orders, although this may vary by season and fruit variety. Transit time within the US is then 1-6 days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The harvesting of grove-fresh fruit is affected by weather and fruit availability, so we are quite dependent on Mother Nature. Due to the lack of nature's predictability, we cannot guarantee specific delivery days. But we always do our best to meet your Requested Arrival Week.
Arizona, California, Louisiana & Texas: These states have unique agricultural regulations regarding citrus shipments. Orders to these states follow a special schedule and ship only on select dates each month. For more about timing or arrival date requests, please contact us.
Alaska & Hawaii: Sorry but we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Delivery
We strive to deliver all gifts by the Requested Week of Arrival during our shipping season (November - May). Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package as perishable items like fruit are subject to spoilage if not delivered as planned.
Shipping to Canada
Duty/Tariffs: On January 1, 2025 Canada added a new tariff on any incoming gift to Canada from the US. While most of our products fall under the threshold, please be aware that the Canadian government, and/or your province, may collect tax on shipments upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: Sorry but gifts that contain candy or marmalades cannot be shipped to Canada due to import restrictions on some food items placed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
