The popular Valencia orange is a variety of citrus known for its juiciness and sweet, yet light flavor. Valencia oranges yield more juice than most other orange varieties, so they're bought and gifted for juicing as much as for snacking. Valencias are one of our more popular varieties, but only in the spring as they are typically harvested from March through May.
